Who we are

FormForm is an independent design practice working across brand, digital, and product. We believe the best work behaves less like a finished object and more like a living system, one that adapts, responds, and grows with the people it serves.

We’re deliberately small. In fact, we’re a team of one, plus trusted specialists when a project needs them. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.

We collaborate closely with founders, institutions, and in-house teams who care about craft as much as outcomes.

How we work

Start with the business

We learn how the business works and who uses the product before we design anything.

Write the rules down

We design the rules along with the screens and write them down, so your team and your AI tools can keep building after we hand it over.

Prototype early

We get to something clickable early and change course based on what people actually do with it.

Sweat the detail

Spacing, motion timing, and the words on buttons and error messages. Under deadline it’s usually the first thing cut, so we plan time for it. More in The last ten percent.
